SkyCaddie / SkyTrak / SkyGolf.... Horrible Customer Service
I recently had a shoulder injury that would require surgery and a 6 month recovery time frame.I have been a customer of SkyCaddie /SkyGolf for numerous years, owning all of their hand held GPS devices throughout the years upgrading to every new device that they offered.
I also own the SkyTrak golf simulator as I have a simulation room in my house... I asked if they could freeze my membership until I can swing my clubs again, and the answer was simple NO.... They wouldn't do anything for me, so basically I lose all the time that I had paid for. Be careful with this company, I will not be renewing my membership once healed.
There are so many other options out there now.
If anyone wants to purchase a SkyTrak that I bought a few months ago, please reach out.Buyer Beware.
